The Raging soothes while the
Drops are maddening
Warmth enclosing lulls me to Peace
Replaced with disturbing inner cries
Confusion and clarity battle
As I sink down
I’m just a visitor and I’m trapped
Free to go
And tied down
My Eyes are closed
As I Breath in, breath out
I sense no Loss of time
Awakening to temperate gratitude
Will it repeat?
Pause and Enjoy! 
Hmm… what’s this about? I like the descriptive metaphors. Makes me think of going to the dentist!!!🙀
